Resolved Question: Which one do you recommend- IPL PhotoFacial or chemical peel for hyper pigmentation?

Hello. I have mixed skin, more on the light side (Example- A litttle lighter than Ciara, Eva Longoria, Beyonce, etc). I have one little scar on my nose about the size of a pin point, that dips in from acne. And all of the other scars are just hyper pigmentation- places where I scratched and left darker marks after healing. Mostly on my cheeks. I hardly have acne anymore, one thing here or there and I’m 20 years old. Which is more appropriate- IPL photofacial or a chemical peel for my skin tone. Which will give me better results for evening out my skin? I’ve done the research but nothing really gives me a good answer. THANK YOU!
